Design-partner pilot · four weeks
A pilot takes one high-risk agent workflow and makes it provable: instrumented, gated for human sign-off, and producing evidence your compliance team can verify without trusting us.
The shape of it
Your engineer adds the SDK (TypeScript or Python), a LangChain callback, or points an existing OpenTelemetry exporter at Paraph. Real runs land on the record the same day.
The workflow's high-risk action pauses on q.gate(). Your reviewers resolve it in the control room — live — and every sign-off carries their name and note.
Gates announce themselves in your Slack or queue (signed webhooks). We run an evidence drill: export a period package and verify it independently — openssl, no Paraph required.
You leave with anchored evidence for every pilot decision, an Article 12/14 mapping for your second line, and a concrete rollout plan — or a clean no.
What it takes from you
No auto-conversion, ever — a pilot ends with a decision, not a charge.
The offer
Scoped so both sides can commit: one workflow, one adapter, one approval policy, synthetic or redacted data, one evidence package and one review workshop. Custom enterprise integration is a conversation after the pilot, not inside it.
Due diligence first? Download the sample audit pack — a genuine anchored export with offline verifiers — or read the technical whitepaper (PDF).
Tell us the agent and the action that needs a human — we’ll take it from there.
